One Of Best Eye Hospital In Dhanbad... Because Of Lot's of Experience and Good Behaviour By Doctor and all Associate.

I visited this place the behaviour of the doctor B.N. GUPTA Was So rude ,the patient generally visted this place for eye released issue but the doctor behaviour was so rude even a government hospital doctor have better behaviour nature please don't visit at this eye care.

I have took my father there suffering from massive pain in his left eye, 1st they have not checked it thoroughly and the Jr. Dr Gupta gave him medication, which has adverse effects and the pain only rises, then on the 3rd day we visited ASG eye hospital and there we came to know that the pain in the eye is due to some infection on the skin nearby to eyes they suggested us to visit a dermatologist and medication from ASG helped alot and next day the pain has gone, currently while writing it I am at dermatologist clinic. Hope for the best for my Papa.

Doctor behavior is not good. If you ask something he wont reply. Aur kahte h ki "apna time q waste kr rahe ho jo kah rahe h wo suno" what does it mean, ab mujhe bimari k bare me samajhna h to mai to doctor se puchunga hi na ki kis stage me h.

Behaviour of Dr is rude and also the behaviour of few staff is too rude as if you will raise any queries to them then they will respond rudely and they will strictly ask you to purchase medicine and specs from their recommended store as they will explain as whole others stores available in market will not be good and will charge you high for specs and their recommended stores are special in this city which will provide you the best specs with best quality materials which is rediculous and intolerant and also neither the doctors and nor the receptionist will behave you like a patient as they will treat you like a business customer and expect you not to ask anything and just listen whatever they told you. One positive good thing as 1-2 staffs are well mannered but overall I will not recommend you to go for prescription there .

I genuinely feel very sorry for the doctor mr B N Gupta. Whatever position u r in ur life, first thing any one has to achieve is to be a good human being. I have never seen any doctor or staff having such a rude behaviour. Specially the doctor scolds anyone for no reason. The entire hospital system is there for getting money from the patients and not for any good cause. After having such experience, I can say to the patients that don't waste ur money here in NAVJYOTI NETRALAY. Infact I have a very good and smooth experience with Disha Eye Hospital Durgapur. Sorry Navjyoti netralay and mr B N Gupta for this negative review but this is the truth. Pleas improve your mindset and system as well. Edit: Went to Disha eye hospital durgapur for my granny. Mr BN Gupta told that "kuch kachra jam gaya hai aank me, isliye dekhne me problem ho raha hai". Well here in durgapur doctor told that koi kachra nahi hai , it's glaucoma. Navjyoti/BN Gupta is worst hospital/doctor I have ever experienced.

I simply had dry eyes but they were unable to detect my problem for 2 years and told me to visit them every month after there prescribed medication. This is the level of business they are doing. Behaviour of staffs are good but the doctor is very rude to their patients.

Staff behavior is not good, two of them are highly ill mannered. Dr is always in angry mood.. what I learned during my studies that Dr. Must be calm but it is missing in that clinic... I never want to go there because I don't wanna be humiliate again.
