Lenskart.com at Dimna Road, Jamshedpur

Lenskart is the best when it comes to customer experience. Their staffs are quite intuitive regarding the products and give you a proper descriptions about the products with their own suggestions which is helpful for anyone. And lenskart's after sales service is also better than other companies like titan Eye+. Few days ago, I visited the nearby lenkart store with my friends to purchase some eyeglasses but they were already engaged with customers that's why it took some time for them to assist us and because of that when I got the feedback link after having my eye test, I rated poorly, so don't mind that lenskart. I am your loyal customer to the end❤️.

Good staff behaviour

Polite and informative staff, and the eye test was satisfactory. They guided me well on eye care. But, there's an unfair policy—Lenskart offers a free lens cleaning spray (worth Rs. 100) only if you book an appointment via their app. Since I visited the store directly, I didn’t receive it, even though I made a purchase. When I inquired, they said I should have booked through the app. The cleaning spray isn't a big deal, but losing Rs. 100 just for not using the app at the right time feels like a penalty!

Very good service and cooperative staffs

Zareen madam, I liked your method of eye test and selling the lenses, the way of choosing the right lenses according to the need of the CX, I have visited all the stores in Jamshedpur but the service you gave me at your Dimna store and the way you talk so nicely to every single CX, thank you so much madam… God has made your face very beautiful but along with that you are also great at heart… you did my mother's eye test very well, thank you mam☺may you get a lot of success, this is my prayer for you
