It's really disappointing to see that ASG is not have any fixed standards/ protocol to serve patients,we used to refer needy patients for better treatment at ASG Jamshedpur,but they do serve them with their own convenience.Kabhi 2-3 bad ka appointment de dete,kabhi doctors availability nai hai bolkar return kardete and woh bhi without any prior information jiski wajah se hamara goodwill market me khrab hota and also ASG is loosing trust amongst us. I recently visited ASG Eye Hospital in Jamshedpur for Cataract surgery and was left disappointed with the overall experience. While the medical staff was proficient, the administrative and cashless team's behavior was appalling. The same surgery that cost me a considerable amount at ASG Eye Hospital Jamshedpur would have cost around ₹30,000 less in a metro cities. This price disparity is unacceptable, especially considering the quality of service. What's worse is the behavior of the cashless staff. They were extremely rude and uncooperative, leaving me frustrated and helpless. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, I received no assistance or support. Considering the subpar service and inflated prices, I would not recommend ASG Eye Hospital Jamshedpur to anyone.

I visited first time in this hospital and I am quite satisfied to see the facility as well as behavior of the staff. The way they are doing check up to the mark. Super. I get my right eye operated on 23.02.25 by Dr. Shivam Madan and found that he is one of the best. It comes true when I visited next day I.e on 24th. Finally I visited after 10 days to see Dr. Shivam Madan. He told me that my vision come 100 %. I was very happy. Inmy view he is one of the best doctor as far as ey e surgery. His strike rate is 99 %.I recommend of the viewer's please consult one before going for eye surgery. Madan
