Good but not that much . Executive weren't helpful
I had a fantastic experience at the Lenskart store in Sakchi. The customer service was truly exceptional, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and support provided throughout my visit. A special mention to Store Manager Aftab for his attentive and friendly approach, and to Area Operations Manager Mr. Faisal for ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent service!
Service is the worst. I came with both of my parents to get them new specs as I was leaving home for a month the next day. They said the power checking guys are not available and will come after an hour. Even in front of me I saw the store phone ring about 5 times and no one bothered to pickup. They don't want to work at all.
