I am Amar nath Singh I got my eye checkup in sanjeev netralaya and came to know from Dr. Rekha chandra that I have cataract in my eyes and then I was advised for operation there and got my cataract operation done there.I am satisfied with the operation and their servicing too.

I had gone for a routine eye check up for my dad and there I got to know about my dad’s cataract so, we agreed to get his eyes operated.Doctor Tiriya was very professional and good but what I did not like was the counsellor who was there to advise us on the right lens to choose.She confused us completely!! I was baffled. I have some medical knowledge and the way she explained I could clearly decipher that she was not a doctor!! How can you have a non doctor recommend a patient about lenses??The counsellor just gave us 12-14 lenses options without explaining what could be the most suitable one for my dad’s eyes.All this confusion made us lose our trust and we are now thinking of getting his operation done somewhere else.I hope management takes this seriously so that patients get the right treatment / advice so that we can trust this hospital more !!

Without proper Analysis and proper treatment , all Doctors and counsller will advice for surgery to take the extra money. Before surgery they treated very friendly but after surgery they do not know about you.My family has affeted for the same. Very Very bad experiances who are the ayushman patients they treted too much casually. Everyone of requesting you that do not trust them bliendly .. please 🙏🙏🙏. After the eye surgery still my family has been suffering a lots.. God bless you.. all.
