Dr. Shabnam Kumari Dhira's clinic was a disaster. She berated her receptionist in front of patients asking her not to strictly entertain and admit anyone after 12:30 P.M, demonstrating a shocking lack of professionalism. Despite arriving at 12 PM for a scheduled appointment, we waited an hour. When we finally saw her, she rushed through our consultation, dismissing our concerns with 'I don't have time for all this.' It was unbelievable that paying full fees meant nothing to her. Her behavior was both unprofessional and inhumane. I wouldn't recommend her clinic to anyone. It's appalling that some doctors disregard patient care and accountability. Patients deserve respect and attention, not disdain.

I recommend this Eye hospital. As my father got operated for cataract surgery. He is very happy. Dr. & All stafts are very well behaved. Neat & clean hospital.
