Very Bad Experience. Staffs was so rude..They don't have manner to talk.Their behaviour is so bad.

Visited this place for my father's cataract operation on 21st Oct. 2024. BK Verma is already a renowed eye specialist in Ranchi. We had the eye surgery by Dr. Rashi Shyam. She was helpful and her behaviour was good enough to keep patient in light mood and confident. Everything went well. The thing that was unique to this place was the good behaviour of supporting staffs. You won't find any problem in the clinic. Summarising everything : Everyone is helpful and doctors are exceptionally good.

The staff was useless they take to much time to connect you and you will became i tried to meet the dr i will give zero star if possible but for the dr i will give 1 star orther for staff -0

Either you can have good service or good people with ethics..but the point is I visited Dr rashi shyam with some issue regarding some eye issue. I guess it's the best in north east..have visited multiple places but the services, facilities and the people with ethics is the best..I would say it's the best place to consult when you have an issue regarding optics.

Best hospital for eye . My cousin was treated here. The case was extremely tough but the treatment was so good that all case was handled smooth . The compounder here is so good he serves every single kid as his own child really humble staff and very supportive.

Not good for Glaucoma or such advance treatment. BK verma is good for his expertise. mother had to go re operation later. Few 5 star reviews are fake. general eye ailments couod be fine.

I found him very experienced and nice behaviour. All the staff were perfect. Dr advice me that I am fine and I don't need any medication. I had heard that he is rude but with me I found him very well.
