I went for an eye test expecting a full, comprehensive check, but it was a total disappointment. The entire process was over in just 1-2 minutes, which felt ridiculously rushed. No duochrome test, no additional assessments just a quick run-through where they showed the same numbers on the screen repeatedly. They didn’t even bother to change them, so I could easily remember what the numbers were. It felt like a lazy attempt at testing my eyes, and they didn’t seem to utilize the tools and software they had at all. The whole experience felt like they were just trying to get through it as fast as possible, with no attention to detail or accuracy. If you’re serious about your vision, don’t waste your time here.

Worst branch ever . They won't listen to you regarding anything except eye test. They just force you for a eye test first then they will listen to you even if you have gone for your specs repair also . Twice this happened with me . All the staffs in this branch is same.
