I was not able to get few facilities in the applications due to technical glitches. Then one of the member named Aman Kujur helped me to complete this process. Polite employees, clean store. Eye testing was thorough. They explained all the different type of lenses, costs and discounts properly. Felt cared for though my mom complained that there was no coffee :) to which they offered a free lens cleaner, which made her happy.
