Lenskart.com at Nucleus Mall, Lalpur

I recently purchased a computer glass from LensKart, and I'm really happy with my purchase. The glasses are comfortable to wear for extended periods, and they've definitely helped reduce eye strain during long hours of screen time. The quality of the lenses is excellent, and the customer service was very helpful in guiding me through the selection process. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and the service I received.

I had a disappointing experience at Lenskart when I visited to get a missing screw replaced in my glasses frame. Instead of helping me, the staff told me to go to another store because they didn’t have the right screw. This lack of assistance was frustrating and not what I expected from Lenskart. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Fakemakeover.....bad service....there frame got coorode so I went for warranty check but since the day I visited was just 1 day after of my warranty period so I asked them to at least clean , they don't cleaned it properly and said that the stain was not getting over , the same specs after the coorode was again back I gave it in a different clinic (not lenskart) to clean it and they cleaned it properly Lenskart is just a fraud or say this branch of lenskart is not working properly

It was decent, but I wanted a grey lens and the sales person handed me a silver gray which looks blue in my eyes. And i don't know how to replace it.
