I had issues with the specs and Ayush from Nayan Sukh helped in correcting and changing the crysal glasses. Since I was not in Ranchi they courierd the specs to Mumbai. Overall a great experience. Thanks Team.

They gave me lenses with different central point, basically with same power but still won't be able to see. And they even BROKE MY FRAME trying to adjust it. Kindly save your money from these people. Especially shopkeepers like "Rakesh Ji", he'll loot you blindly. I should've better stuck with Sheriff & Co., opposite Hanuman Mandir, Main Road. I got my glasses made multiple times from there. Never disappointed. Kindly request all to rather travel a bit farther than regret later that you wish you would have.

The shopkeepers themselves do not know which glasses to put. I gave my spectacles 4 times here for glass change and then also I did not get the perfect pair. Now thay have given me clear view's glass and the power is also different. I totally wasted my 2000 rupees on the glass. Now I have to get new pair of glasses and again I have to spend the amount. I will just suggest everyone not to enter this shop because this is the worst shop I have ever seen. If I had the option of negative rating I would have given that.

I placed an order on 2nd week of April and even after two months they have neither delivered my order nor feel the need to respond to the customer...once we entered the shop they gave big liners that so and so reputed personalities from around the state get their specs ordered from here...but once i made the full payment they don't even give the status of the order and even talk inappropriately on follow up...obviously if a customer has paid the full bill they have the right to enquire...in one line...ucha dukaan feeka pakwaan..totally worst experience and poor management

Worst spectacles worst quality glasses after spending Rs. 10,000/-.

Nayan Sukh opticals are a bunch of fraudsters. Never approach them for any eye check up or purchasing optical accessories. They have charged be 5000 rupees and gave me the basic lens version which i came to know only when i reached Bangalore. My wife also received the same fate as they have provided wrong lens numbers and again managed to escape with 5000 rupees, because of which she is suffering for 3-4 months. They will charge you so much for frame which looks like you can buy from foot path. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, KINDLY REFRAIN FROM GOING TO THE STORE. DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PAISA (NOT EVEN TO THE EYE DOCTOR WHO SITS INSIDE THE CABIN). THANK YOU. To Nayan sukh owners, if you are hearing me, you better provide my wife brand new glasses.

Pathetic place, don’t go here..they are fraud..the owner is so rude, so forget about the staff, they will just loot you of your money by giving low quality products, very less range & super super rude..don’t recommend this place to anyone
