The lady sitting at the reception is very rude. This was my 10th visit , and every time I've gone , she's been disrespectful and doesn't speak nicely. My father knows the doctor personally which is why I always visit, but that lady at the reception is so arrogant. I don't understand why the doctor has kept her employed for so long. She doesn't even know how to communicate with patients politely.

Good Checkup facilities, Have to book appointment before going there usually, you will get appointment within 10-15 days but here waiting will be there. And we have visited here and there was no social distance maintain by all peoples there no tempreture checking, no sanitizing provided from them, however we can stand outside, always remember that from which mobile number u have taken appointment so by going there it will be easy to meet doctor first. My father lost his eyesight due to the doctor's negligence. During cataract operation size of lens required was not present at the clinic. The natural lens was removed. We were told due to sudden surge in IOP lens could not be placed. Whatsoever the situation arises during Operation should have been taken care of at the clinic. Size of lens to be placed was not checked before Operation. IOP wasn't checked on the day of Operation.these negligence led to poor eyesight even after visiting prestigious eye care hospital at Chennai.

Like I literally don't recommend anyone to go here . Very unprofessional , no respect for the patients or u can say selective respect to selective patients. No respect for what u r going through , the female doc does what she feels like .

Very very unprofessional staff. The receptionist and Arun Sir's assistants were especially bad. Their behavior was appalling. 1 star just for doctor.

The doctor is not very efficient and trustful as he prescribes wrong power for glasses. After checking the power he changes it while writing i had to spend lot of money to create the glasses but for no use in the end it was a bad experience for me and my family as he did same for my dad. Even after confronting he doesnt admit it and blames on the lens and asks you to get it from a specific Shop. Kindly avoid this doctor if you can hope it helps someone.

No doubt Dr Arun Kumar is best.But one of the female staff Sushma who provides us appointment for consultation is worst. She is arrogant and rude and doesn't have manners to talk to patients. She doesn't listens to any plead of patients after many requests and doesn't understands feelings of patients. Don't know why the doctor doesn't take any action against her .

The staff is very unprofessional and their behaviour with the patient is not good.
