I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this shop, and within just three months of normal use, both lenses developed cracks. When I went back to the shop to raise a complaint, the shopkeeper was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he started arguing, claiming it was a scratch rather than cracks. His unprofessional behavior was disappointing and frustrating. I expected much better customer service and resolution. Definitely not recommending this shop to anyone.

Dr. Ratnesh sir is one of the best doctor,no doubt about it,but the counter guys are like ready to encounter clients pocket,they charge heavy amount if you don't know anything about the glasses and the frames,they simply overcharge for the product you can easily buy with minimum price outside the shop of their. So if you are a new client I definitely recommend for Dr. Ratnesh,but don't buy the glasses or the frame from that shop,if you people are know the value of money.

Ravi Eye Care is an excellent facility for all opthalmic solutions. It has very a professional team lead by highly experienced surgeon Dr. Ratnesh. I have frequently referred lot of my friends to this centre and they all have been highly satisfied.

This hospital was introduced to me by my colleague Mr.Harsha and my first visit itself gave me kind of confidence on this place and the people. Doctor was polite, approachable, lovable and took the necessary vision tests and suggested a suitable eye glasses. I am still using those glasses that really help me to read and improve my vision. Doctor too helped my Son to get rid of his eye issues. A must visit hospital to see the advice of the Dr.Rathnesh Kumar on any issues related to eyes. Eyes are integral part of our body playing a very vital role for our mobility and he is a doctor not to be missed. Hospital is clean always and the people are also trained and courteous too. Over all i am very happy having visited here more than three times. Ravi Eye Care is one of the best center in Ranchi under the guidance of DR RATNESH KUMAR. The Dr is very polite and very familiar with the Patient. His way of treatment is awesome. If you visit the center then you will definitely feel the positive energy around you.

Even one star is more for Ravi Eye care and its doctor Ratnesh. This has been my worst experience with a doctor where he is knowingly using Expired medicines for any dilation or surgery. Guys please if you are visiting this Eye care please refrain or be extra cautious. I went for a very minor surgery of chalazion, the first thing before surgery is dilation where the eyedrops used were expired months ago. Even when I caught them, the doctor started justifying that the expiry date on any medicine is just for namesake. Moreover the doctor showed all the medicines kept for surgery of any kind related to Eye is expired and he would be using the same. He refused to say on camera as his License would be seized for such huge mistake. So guys please refrain as Doctor Ratnesh is continuing to use the expiry medicines.
