In terms of hospitality, management I would like to rate 4/10, Behaviour of the Nurses should be improved while they talk to patient or their relative! Guard not even nurse when we had to visit patient to Icu room the guard said , you will have to buy your own mask to enter the ICU ROOM and then allowed my relative to enter but ask her to cover the face with her Saree. They brought the soup for the patient in a Steel glass instead bown and spoon. These are the small things that definitely can be improved. Good part is Room is cleaned, nurse visits often.

I would like to write here that without fail Dr Sudhir Kumar is a one of the best surgeon. He is not only a excellent surgeon,he is a well behaved, well cultured so polite and best thing is that he is familiar with the patient. His colleague doctors are having same quality. I am proud of them. Nurses are called sister and in fact they are behaving also like a sister.

Excellent Service by Dr. Sudhir Kumar and Vandana Ma'am. The expertise of the doctors and the nursing staff is excellent. Overall a must recommended hospital in Ranchi.

Genuine review: I salute hardwork and dedication of Binod Mishra (with respect) for their service towords patients and visitor ,, U r very helpful and cooperative and Ground to earth and supporting behaviour. Sir again thank you for your cordial and activeness. But , Ur front staffs : very very pathetic behaviour and their dedication towards patients are very negligence specially a lady receptionist ( name unknown and she is using spects): Ab Mai kya hi bolu usske baare me ..usse kuch puccha to uska reply sun kar Aisa laga jaise Maine uska JAAN maang liya. Aur aise palat ke chali gayi jaise uski koi responsibility hi nahi hai..(irresponsible and lack of professional attiqutes) Also noted that behaviour of all staffs even ur Narsing station of Private cabin or private ward at 1st floor, always make excuse for any type of help.. very very pathetic service,,lack of soft skills .. Nowadays Government hospital staffs are not using or showing such type of arrogance , dereliction of works intensionally... But here ...I hope u understand because ur are just entry grade NABH recognition and u have to do lots of work on human resources for betterment of your hospital.. Why people come to your hospital ...? Advise: improve ur service quality, provide soft skills training or provide basic professional etiquette to all your ground staffs even middle management. Also it is learnt that management is involved or running a Nursing institute as a recruitment agency , imparting professional training, and employed passout student in the said hospital but your institute is not able to train your passout nursing student with professional etiquette or failed in the field of handling patients. Also nurses are not full trained even they not know how to change sline bottle without any air ... Drastically how this type of nurses are trained or employed in a hospital to take care of patients.Nursing institute it's ur responsibility to checked that they trained or not .. I hope u will take the necessary action on my advice cum suggestions for improvement of hospital reputation.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nilay Sir for the exceptional care and expertise during my recent surgery at this hospital. From the very first consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Nilay sir was professional with patient and deeply compassionate. He took the time to explain every step of the process which greatly eased my anxiety and helped me feel confident and safe. The surgery was successful and my recovery has been smoot. thanks to his meticulous attention to detail and dedication. I am truly grateful for his skill and the comfort he provided throughout the experience. Thank you Dr. Nilay sir, for making a potentially stressful journey so reassuring.

Very good experience.All nursing staff and management team all are very polite.They never get annoyed by any thing. Room was always being cleaned. Very much appreciated. Surgery is also successful.
