Titan Eye+ at Kanke Road, Ranchi

Well I wanted to buy a surprise gift for my mom and as I live in Kanke Road, I thought to visit here. To my surprise I got my gift that too, very quickly as the staffs behaviour and service was top notch and yes they helped me choose the best one. Now we Kanke road people have everything at our arms length 😂😂 Do visit... Highly recommended

I had purchased one Titan Raga watch from City centre Kolkata. Despite of being such a brand it was shocking that the chain was damaged. I placed an order for repairing at Titan eye plus kanke road one month ago. Still there is neither any response for replacement of the pin nor any updates. It's highly unprofessional attitude and disappointing experience for a brand of Tata group. Still the outlets claim that you can get your service at any outlets throughout the country.

Great place for all eye- related products. The service is really quick. They have Titan watches also and sunglasses too.

It was great to visit the store first time, person sitting at reception was ridiculous but still ok, but it turned out a worst one unprofessional, as my order was supposed to be delivered on 8 Jan and when I visited on 10 Jan it was not ready and my time was wasted in waiting for almost 30 min. This is not expected at Titan stores..

Very good service and excellent staff behavior

I liked the service and the collection over here and people's assistance and behaviour (Vipin Singh) present in the store. Overall nice experience. Eye check up done over here was very smooth and effectively done under professional assistance. Mr.Anupam Sinha assisted nicely with the frames during the time of purchase. I am thankful to them for their polite behaviour. Would like to visit in future.
