I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care of my father has received during his stay in Room No-404A. The nursing staff housekeeping & facility dept have been outstanding thier professionalism ,compassion and attentiveness have made a significant difference in our experience. Positive Feedback:- * The nursing staff has been incredible supportive and responsive to our needs. ( Very Much impressed by the behaviour and approach towards patient) * Housekeeping has maintained a clean and comfortable envoirment( Doing great job housekeeping is very important part must get motivated by management) *The Facility Team specialy the Security Gaurd and lift man are doing restless job ( Very much impressed) *Front Office is very critical part as the patient first come to them . The team is very good in interaction with customer and patient . ( Need much more discipline they have to understand the physocology of the patient and their family and talk to them and react accordingly with smile and politeness. * The senior Staff had provided valuable guidance and reassurance during this time.KUDOS to the Management for managing approx 800 manpower superbly with all SOP. # Suggestion for improvement:- * if possible consider providing more regular update to family members on patient progress as this can help alleviate anxiety. * Enhancing the waiting area with more comfortable seating and reading materials could also improve the expierence for the families visiting loved ones. My personal expierence during this short Stay for Dr. Muneshwar Kumar( MD & Cardiologist) * I want to give my special thanks to Dr Muneshwar because I love the way he spoke to me and the way he talked to my father as a patient . The way he explained everything,the time he spend with patient he is so soft spoken . * What stand out the most is Dr.Muneshwar demeanour and geniune concern for his patient . He to took the time to listen to our concern and answered all our questions with patience and empathy . His dedication to spending quality time with each patient reflects not only his professionalism but also his commitment to thier well being. Excellent hospital with top-notch facilities and staff! The doctors and nurses were caring and professional. Highly recommend._ The hospital provided outstanding care and service. My father had angioplasty done in Orchid Hospital which was done by Dr Muneshwar Kumar. Dr Kumar is very polite, he explained everything very well. The nurse, TPA staff, Floor Manager, Canteen staff, cleaning staff and security here all helped very well in everything. This hospital is very good.

My mother was admitted at orchid hospital ranchi and she was under treatment with Dr. Jitesh Midha & Dr. Muneshwar and also Dr. Akhilesh. All has given best treatment to my mother. All nursing staffs as well as house keeping have rendered best service. I am very thankful to all the staffs.

Best hospital in Ranchi in terms of staff care and good service. Everyone was friendly and caring, hygiene was well maintained.

My parents were admitted at this hospital for treatment of Pneumonia. Dr Rajendra pahan treated my father and Dr Munesshawr kumar looked after my mom's condition. Their advised treatment and medication worked well and my parents recovered in a week. I am thankful for their treatment and care provided by team of hardworking nurses. The overall facilities provided were also good. Such as cleaning and canteen services.

We have admitted our patient in a very critical condition on 03.03.2025. Our patient was suffering from serious respiratory distress and lungs infection. Dr. Nishith had attended our patient and explained every problem and predicted situation to us quite well. Due to respiratory distress he has put our patient on ventilator for one week with 2% chance of survival as per the doctor. But by god's grace and doctors' support, our patient is perfectly fine now. She has come out of the ventilator and now she is on oxygen support. Dr. Manoj kr. Bhadani has checked our patient while Dr. Nishith is on leave. He has only checked on vitals of our patient. Although doctors over here are good but their time of attending the patient is not fixed. We have to wait for long time every day. Staffs over here are not answerable here for the time of doctor's visit. This hospital is not for the poor people. Pharmacy bills are very high over here. And TPA department of this hospital is very rude towards us. We have assured them for the bill payment at the time of discharge. But they have pressurized us and showed very very rude behaviour for bill payment. We also know that this hospital is not giving service on charity. We have paid each and every bill before 2 days of discharge just for your information. Kindly work on your staff cooperation in billing department and TPA department. They don't know anything about customer service relationship. They have pressurized us each n every day over phone call.

Good service. I am delighted with service provided by orchid. The best part of this hospital is human touch and well behaved trained Doctors, nurse and staff . Keep doing good work 👍👍❤️
