Swasthya eye care

The doctor at Swasthya Eye Care Hospital is extremely nice and friendly. The staff is very good and helpful. The doctor ( Srilakshmi Srinivasan) gave enough time to patiently listen to the issue and gave corrective measures . The hospital is clean and well equipped . I am thankful to her n satisfied with her treatment.

Very good doctor, experienced, skilled and professional. Facilities are modern, clean and good. Front desk staff is also good. Only problem is, they make mandatory for patients to buy specs (glasses) from their own shop which is not reasonable. If you do not buy from them, they will not give prescription to you. And you cannot buy from outside. Otherwise all good. I recommend Swasthya eye care

I had a pleasant experience at this hospital. Everything was nicely explained to me by the doctor herself and also the staff. Good collection of spectacles too. The hospital is neat and clean and well equipped with state of the art machines.

Hi my parents cataract surgerywas done by swasthya eye care they got very well results and the doctor treatment very well and friendly and the staffs also good and friendly hygiene and mentains well and good and my kids spetacle done by there only occurecy was very well thank u swasthya

I visited Swasthaya Eye Care on February 1, 2025, and had a disappointing experience. First, I faced a language barrier as both receptionists spoke only Kannada, making communication difficult. I was then asked to wait since the doctor was unavailable. When she arrived, I had to wait another 40 minutes for my turn. The doctor was rude and more focused on enforcing hospital rules than addressing my concerns. She insisted that I could only order glasses from the hospital, which I found unreasonable. When I checked their frames, they were of poor quality and lacked style. I requested to buy my own frames and order only the lenses from the hospital, to which they reluctantly agreed. Later, I was given eye drops to dilate my pupils and asked to wait an hour for a retina check. After 30 minutes, I wanted to buy water from a shop on the ground floor, but the nurse insisted I pay upfront, as she did not trust me. This felt unnecessarily strict, especially since my car was parked right outside. During the retina examination, the doctor was rough and insensitive to my discomfort. Overall, I found the place unprofessional, unfriendly, and overly focused on money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Best eye care centre. The experienced and benevolent doctor takes care of your eye problems. The supporting staff are very cooperative.
