I had bad experienced at lenskart bagalakote and coustomer service is not good and their working employee are not have any presence of mind while doing their work because I selected frame is different and the employee ordered the spectacular frame is different and he is defeating himself that he oreded spectualar are correct and u choosen the same spectualar he told that and even we said that the lens should be blue rays lens because we are continuously using laptop and computers so but even he didn't selected the lens and we requested to order we choosen spectacular frame but he told that there is only one frame we can exchange but even they didn't send to given address.. The request to Lenskart company that please observe the employes how they are working and the service is also not good tell them do correctky or else just remove them from their job, if they don't know how to work why you just appointing those kinda of people.. It my request Sir ..

“Had a very disappointing experience at Lenskart Bagalkot. The staff was unhelpful and not responsive to my concerns. Customer service needs major improvement.” Had to wait for more then 30 mins just to get a response from the employee named KIRAN. He even asked me to come after some time or after 12:00 pm as all they employee would be coming to the store after 12:00pm. I would prefer any other eyeware store then lenskart at least there service is better.

However, without our notice, the store staff included two spectacle cleaner bottles worth ₹220 in the order. When I received the bottles today, I was doubtful and checked the invoice, only to realize that they had been added without my consent. I tried reaching out to customer service through phone and the app, but I could only get automated bot replies. After much effort, I finally connected with a representative at Lenskart Bagalkot, who claimed that these bottles were automatically added as add-ons. If that was the case, they should have informed me at the time of purchase so I could have removed them, as I already have two bottles. Now, I am being told that these items are non-returnable. I urge everyone to carefully review their orders before leaving the store. This feels like outright deception, as they are forcing customers to buy these bottles, much like how water bottles are pushed in hotels.
