Worst staff in medical field I have ever seen till now there’s no proper way to give a clear information about the surgery to a patient there’s an counsellor in a hospital who gets angry in a few questions asked by a patient about the procedure of surgery and doctors are having doubt on there profession what they do

The doctors are highly professional, whole staff are very caring. 💙 It was Sunday evening, I was fielding (Playing cricket). Suddenly my Right eye got hit by a object (Not sure if it was a ball/wood/stone). It was very painful; vision got blurred and became red. I immediately went to one hospital but it was closed. Unfortunately many eye hospitals were closed due to sunday. One optical store person told to go to VIMS. But I had heard there is one eye hospital near it. Told my friend to go this hospital. Luckily this hospital was open. Doctors made me calm and checked my eye. They said you're lucky; the injury didn't damage any nerves. There are some scratches on cornea. They applied some eye drops and then ointment and then applied eye patch. They didn't charge consultation fee that day. (Ofcourse they did next day) Next day in the follow up, I was told to remove the eye patch. They gave some eye drops and ointment, After taking the medications for a week, They tested my both eyes in the last follow up. Scratches on cornea are gone (healed). Now my vision is clear and back to normal.😊

Well established and well known to everyone in Ballari. Love the commitment and responsibility towards patients. Doctors here will try to give the best treatment possible in all the ways. No need of giving a second thought if you are planning to visit the clinic.

Need to improve their staff, no professionalism. Normal issue deliberately made big. First need to start from basic treatment rather jump into serious matter. Thank fully concern was cured with Rs 20 eye drops at near medical store.

Worest experience with staff and doctor's minimum waiting time 6hrs , problem not rectified I have matted 7 times but problem not clear

Dear doctor, I am your regular patient, on 4.8.21visited your clinic yesterday, had a very bad experience. I had brought my wife for eye irritation to the hospital. Dr shoba attended her after a wait of 4 hrs and after check up, she told us that my wife is having allergy in the eye and asked us to wait outside after taking eye drops. Another hour passed, but Dr. Shobha left the hospital giving charge to another doctor. We were called inside and the fresh doctor once again started questioning the problem. I told her she has already been attended by Dr. Shobha and asked the doctor to refer the file. To our dismay she has not written anything on the file. I enquired with the attendent why he did not inform that the file was left u atteded without any remarks before left. He was also very rude. Overall I did not get any cooperation from the staff that day. Atleast a mechanic while handing over charge after shift will hang a case history in the neck of a vehicle. These people will bring disrepute tobyour hospital. One more thing I observed that maximum patients were illeterates, and villagers. Now I understood why educated are nit visiting your hospital

Very kind & humble staff with experienced doctors and optometrist. Good equipments. Must visit but you should have enough time to wait because it might take 3 to 4 hours in check up. 👌😇😇

Such a very gud eye hospital in bellary.i went to this hospital with my grandmother to undergo cataract surgery to her .Doctors are very natural and caring the most.after the surgery,there is an instructor he is very gud in that,I don't know his name,I think he is an anaesthetist,he was explaining to all (how to care after the surgery) like school children.now my grandmother is able to see like normal,I would like to thank Dr.vijay nagaraj sir and the staff.
