I visited the Lenskart store on Infantry Road, Bellary, on January 8th and was interested in purchasing two pairs of glasses, which were priced at around ₹9,000. The staff on duty that day (two women and one man) suggested that if I purchased through a membership card, I could avail a discount. Since I didn't have a membership, they offered to place the order using their membership account to help me get the discount. Trusting their suggestion, I agreed—something I now realize was a mistake. After making the payment, I waited in the store for over 30 minutes to receive a confirmation message but didn't get one. The staff assured me that there was no need to worry and that my order would be delivered within seven days. However, it has now been 40 days, and I have neither received my order nor a refund. When I contacted the store, the staff responded rudely and claimed they had no information about my order. After multiple discussions, they finally shared my order details. I am attaching them here in the hopes of either receiving my products or getting a refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has severely impacted my trust in Lenskart. I hope this issue is resolved at the earliest. Thank you.

Worst experience ever had today the staff dint even respond properly when asked to show the frames they were talking about the price judging people based on there apperance which is unprofessional and making fun of customer and only talking about the price while looking at the frames it should be corrected at the earliest making fun of the customers
