Sameer bagewadi the doctor is not good I don't refer this hospital

Dr. Bagewadi is simply the best ophthalmologist in Belgaum. Right from registration to seeing the doctor is one very smooth and efficient process. The staff is also very professional and efficient. Doctor himself is a highly knowledgeable and efficient person, very soft spoken. They have all the latest equipment . A Five star eye care centre. Highly recommended for all your eye problems

Doctor is very good. But worst staffing behavior. Specially nursing staff @ front office. They behave like goons

No proper desplian maintained, Waiting time is more. To avoid waiting if we call and trying to book waiting number of queue, they are not allowing, even if you say coming from out of station from other place also, there is no value for your wording. Even they speak in different tone, during on call. As if they are avoiding not to come there. As if they have already long queue of patients with them. We have to hospital and book the queue, and need to Wait minimum 2 to 3 hours with patient. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE OUTSIDE STATIONS PEOPLE.

My whole family is regularly going to this clinic. I got my mother operated last year. We got very good treatment. I my self got checked up in the month of Dec 2020 and infact appreciate the Hygiene and care taken by Hospital. Even if you are wearing N 95 Mask what is the harm in wearing one more mask? which is provided free of cost. Regarding sanitiser it is Scientifically proven that washing of Hands by soap is much effective than sanitiser. As in India we have one Doctor for every 1500 Indians. The entire medical system is over stressed in this pandemic. We must appreciate Doctors and Nursing staff for the service they have been giving in this pandemic.

In this December 2020 month, they forced to care too much on this Covid pandemic. We have not seen sanitizer out but their 10Rs.mask mandatory to wear. No value for our N95 mask too! No value for booking online! They even won't listen on this! We see the appointment options in Just dial and some other websites nd they mentioned the timing from 9.am to 9pm but here except 11 am to 3 or 4pm timing, they will not allow inside...nd except patients they will not allow atleast one person wit them! Washing hands is good when there is no sanitizer but the staff of eye care will not wash their hands atleast in the morning when they come to duty! It shows like only patients will bring viruses not doctors😂😂 Communication wit patients is not rude but even not good too! Entirely the system itself s not good!

The most hygienic eye clinic in belgaum. The systems and processes are of the highest standard. Very high quality of service provided to me. Free mask given at the clinic with bandage attached to nose and mask so that you do not remove the mask while inside the clinic. Very cordial doctor and pleasant experience overall.

Waste hospital and staff.. they don’t value the customers… if you go there, they send you back… doctor was available but they were telling they can’t check now, as time is up. It’s mentioned as 8.30pm. We went at 7.45pm. we had came to the hospital from a different city.. so much arrogance from staff..
