Worst service, patient time is of least concern to the hospital. I was waiting for my turn to go in for a check up, there was a patient before me and 7 more patients before him, he started getting furious. The staff skipped all other patients waiting in line because that guy started to ask for a refund. Clearly the hospital wants money,.. patients are of least concern. I suggest not to go to this hospital. The time you spend waiting in queue is not worth the treatment you get in this hospital. The staff of the hospital is the worst, can't manage patients. They are busy using their phones while patients are talking to them.

I have been visiting for my eye checkup since more than 5 years and very much satisfied with my progress. Entire staff is very supportive and cooperative. I would recommend to visit atleast once.

Doctor is well qualified. The support staff has to be trained well. Especially addressing people, salutations to be used etc…
