Have purchased about 4 spectacles for myself and my son. Always used to be a good experience. Recently one of my specs had to repaired, very minor. Went to the store at about 10.15 on 13.4.25. The lady there said cleaning is going on, and asked me to come at 11. So went there at again after 11. She said no one has come and asked to come later. This attitude is not acceptable. Highly disappointed. Went to another Lenskart store near the overbridge opposite to Khau Katta. The person there attended to me immediately and repaired it within a minute, though I had not purchased from them. Thanks to him. Will have to think twice before entering this store. Update: received a reply from Lenskart. Everything I wanted to say is in my post, no need to reply to them directly

I have been shopping at Lenskart for the past two years. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience at your store. During my visit, I encountered a staff member who was quite rude and unprofessional. I politely requested assistance from another staff member for better communication. Unfortunately, the individual I approached was uncooperative and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Additionally, while placing my order, I asked about offers and details regarding new glasses. However, the staff member appeared to be in a hurry and did not take the time to explain anything properly. He simply placed the order and left, which made me feel rushed and undervalued as a customer. This was the first time I faced such an issue, and it left me with a negative impression of your otherwise excellent service. I hope you will address this matter and take steps to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
