It was wonderful experience and Parshuram was very kind and patient enough to handle all our orders well.

I booked two pairs of glasses for my mother on 27th March and was promised delivery by 31st March. One pair was delivered on schedule while the other is delayed for reasons even Lenskart does not know of. Every time they keep pushing the delivery date by 5 days and now I'm told that I'll get it by 15th April. I've been a long time customer of Lenskart but now I'm losing faith in their service and commitment to deliver.
