Very bad experience from the Hospital insurance desk. Initially she (Gautami) said cashless facility available but after few days she said tie up has been lapsed and you need to go for a claim. We said ok for the claim and informed them to provide proper bills for the same. Hospital provided handwritten bills with no proper explanation, when we asked for the bill she's not answering calls nor replying to any message.

Doctor is very competent and consulting is great. However I have to mention reason behind zero star Firstly, there is no facility of digital payment which is really a shame as in other hospital I could pay digitally. However sounds funny but I was able to pay digitally at hospital’s own medical store They should find a solution for the mosquitoes which is quite irritating

Very nice hospital . I was one eyed( left eye only). Dr T. S. Tejaswi gave me the confidence to restore vision with that confidence I underwent surgery. Now i am very happy with that one left eye. I also thank all the hospital staff for their excellent servieces very kind and caring. I give 5 star rating to this eye hospital

Dr. Tejaswi is very good, kindhearted and competant Eye Specialist. He treats his patients with utmost care and patience. The staff also is very supportive and caring. The hospital was hygienic and clean with modern amenities. I highly recommend this hospital.👍

The Doctor and staffs are very good. Eye Doctor behave friendly and supportively with the patients. Doctors and sisters deal with lots of patiences. In my experiences satisfaction is very good.and all are helpful.

Avoid. The doctor may or may not be good. But the nurses are just horrible. They even committed fraud in my case. The glass prescription had some number according to which I got the glasses made in the shop. Had difficulty seeing though the new glasses, so went again to confirm if the numbers are right. Informed the nurses as doctor was as usual late. The 2 nurses there took prescription inside, adds a "1" as prefix to the number and comes and says your glass guy has given you wrong glasses with wrong axis. We told the doctor that the prefix wasn't there, but none listened. Don't cheat the patients. It will come back and haunt you someday. Just horrible staff

My entire family is Dr.Tejaswi sir's patient.. Highly skilled and knowledgeable person...and above all a great human being... I know many people who go to sir with many other problems...and sir has helped them in many different ways.... The staff is also co-operative... Waiting period is negligible... All my best wishes are there with Sri.sankalp eye hospital... Thank you 🙏
