I visited this eye clinic today but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Although I didn’t get to meet the doctor as I waited for 10 minutes without any updates. I was confronted by a man who seemed to have no role in the clinic. Instead of informing us about the doctor’s availability, he started arguing with me about wearing slippers in the waiting room. When I arrived, I had informed the receptionist about my cold and cough explaining that I couldn’t stand on the cold tiles for long. My husband also made sure to speak with her requesting that I be allowed to keep my slippers on while waiting as there were no other patients in the room. Despite this after waiting the man became aggressive and insisted I remove my slippers. I tried to explain that I would remove them when the doctor arrived but he wouldn’t listen and continued to argue. This unnecessary confrontation was extremely frustrating and we ultimately decided to leave. I am truly disappointed by how this situation was handled. A simple request for comfort was met with hostility which was completely unnecessary. It’s a shame to see such poor customer service and I won’t be returning. Not at all recommended 👎🏻

2 times we came travelling 3 kms due to emergency. Nobody was there. Both time they peeked from the top floor window and told doctor is not there. Not sure why they keep it open.
