Disappointed with Consultation at Bangalore Netralaya Hospital I recently visited Bangalore Netralaya Hospital in Kalyan Nagar for a consultation with Dr. Atulya, and I was quite dissatisfied with the experience. Firstly, I felt that the treatment and procedures recommended were not effective. The consultation included a lot of unnecessary discussions that did not contribute to my treatment. Additionally, the waiting time was excessively long, and I had to spend a lot of time just sitting in the chair without any clear communication on the next steps. Overall, my visit did not meet my expectations, and I hope the hospital takes steps to improve patient experience and ensure more efficient and effective consultations in the future.

Doctors are good, but staff manner is not upto the mark they act like they're the specialist and not even allow the patient to connect to the doctor in some emergency suggestions , due to this at end finally we have cancelled our contract operation and we opted other hospital .

From reception to Doctor the whole atmosphere very good.Good behavior and politeness by all the staff.Specially Sri. Kalavathy who attending for Spectacles she is very good politely explaining about differences between lense and frames .

I highly recommend this hospital for its punctuality, professionalism and dedication in offering service with smile. Hospital staff care our time and attend the patient. Unnecessarily, we are not made to wait. I got "cataract surgery" successfully done for my both the eyes in a time gap of 3 weeks.

Very nice and friendly staff they care of me very well.... doctor are very good and experienced......they use latest technology.....good parking space available. Their weekly follow up care is good,overall good experience.

My experience with Bangalore Netralaya is very Good. The front Desk Executives and the Staff are well trained, soft spoken, Helpful and guide you till you finish your checkup and treatment. Dr. Veerbhadra Rao Sir is very soft spoken and explains things very clearly. Dr. Jhannavi Madam and Dr. Sharada Rao Madam are are also helpful and explains the medical condition and the treatment very specifically. More Importantly All the Doctors and the Staff give Time to the patients in a very Calm way.

Wonderful behaviors of doctors and nurses. Very helpful facilities available. Better than some other eye hospitals. It's provide best instructions for new and North Indian patients.

Good Doctors ... really in need of training half brained staff. They do not calculate the bill properly and then keep hounding you over the phone to pay. Even post informing that I am travelling and will come to pay they keep calling and sending multiple messages.
