Recently i visited the branch for my mother in law cataract surgery, everything went very smoothly… from the initial check up by optometrist till consultation with doctors everything was perfect and crystal clear… we are very happy and i will surely suggest my friends and relatives here, all the staff, optometrists, doctors and everyone was very friendly… and the renovated hospital gives an internation feel to the hospital… kudos to the team

The doctors and staff were very friendly and polite. The facilities were clean and well maintained The treatment was effective and I'm satisfied with the results. The waiting time was reasonable. The hospital provided clear instructions and follow up care . Special thanks to sneha ma'am. For helping in the insurance clearance. We have no hesitation in recommending our friends and known people.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital regarding my father’s eye condition. The hospital advised immediate eye surgery, insisting it was necessary. Thankfully, we decided to seek a second opinion from another reputed eye specialist—and to our shock, the diagnosis was completely different. The new doctor confirmed that surgery was not required at all. It is extremely concerning and unethical to pressure patients into unnecessary procedures, especially when it involves something as sensitive as eyesight. This experience has made it very clear to us that Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital is more focused on minting money than on genuine patient care. I strongly urge others to always take a second opinion before going ahead with any treatment here. Patient trust and health should never be compromised for profit. My strong recommendation is not to go for any consultation or treatment with this hospital.

My Dad recently underwent cataract surgery here for both of his eyes, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience.Special thanks to Ms. Sameena for their extended cooperation throughout the process. From the first consultation, she was thorough in explaining the procedure, the risks involved, and the different types of lenses available. She answered all my questions patiently, which made me feel confident to choose this hospital.very friendly and attentive. surgery was quick and painless. The post-operative care was excellent. provided clear instructions for recovery and scheduled follow-up visits.

Recently, my mother got an intravitreal injection at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Coles Road. While the procedure itself went smoothly, our overall experience was disappointing, particularly due to the conduct and attitude of Dr. Archana. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Archana arrived very late. My mother was made to sit in the OT for over an hour, which showed a complete lack of consideration for the patient's time and comfort. Post-surgery, during our consultation, Dr. Archana insisted that my mother should undergo cataract surgery immediately. This was confusing, as during our first consultation with a different doctor, we were advised to get the injection first and consider cataract surgery after a few months. Despite asking multiple times, Dr. Archana did not clearly explain how the injection had worked or whether there had been any improvement. Instead, she continued to push for cataract surgery without providing proper clarity or reasoning. Unfortunately, her approach came across as dismissive and egoistic. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise caution when consulting at this hospital, especially with Dr. Archana. Patients deserve doctors who listen, explain, and genuinely care about their well-being—not just push for surgeries.

I went for an eye checkup. While booking the appointment, they informed me that I would be assigned a senior doctor. However, the checkup was conducted by a team of interns. Later, I was called in by the senior doctor, who was supposed to explain the report and address my queries, but even that was poorly handled. 90% of the consultation time with the senior doctor was spent on her sales pitch for SMILE surgery, something I had never inquired about, as I was there for a routine checkup. Many of my questions remained unanswered because she seemed in a hurry to wrap up the appointment, simply telling me that the staff on the ground floor would address my concerns. When I approached the staff, they lacked the necessary knowledge to answer my questions and instead started pushing the SMILE surgery sales pitch again. This place feels more like a business trying to make a quick buck through surgeries rather than genuinely helping patients. Your money, time, and energy will all be wasted here.

Good hospital, doctor Archana did cataract surgery for my mother and it was successful. Insurance spoc sameena was very supportive , not only she made the insurance procedure smooth, but also assisted us in hospital process. Planning to do the other eye also soon.
