Never met a doctor like Dr Malavika in my life , I have only heard about doctors being so kind and friendly to their patients only in foreign countries like UK or the US, but I got to witness that today,Dr Malavika is very down to earth, friendly, more than a doctor she is a good human being , every doctor should posses qualities of Dr Malavika to be successful and to fulfill the purpose of being a doctor. Dr Malavika listens to her patients and responds very politely, giving them good advice. She cares for her patients and ensures to have her patients get rid of their worries and provide them the resolution they need. About their clinic, it is very well maintained, very happy with their service. Her staff is also polite and well trained, I saw no arrogance when conversing with them. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives who are in need of routine checkup and opticals. Dr Malavika is doing a great job.

For several months I was suffering from defect in my right eye. After viewing certain critical remarks I was hesitant to visit the eye clinic. After consulting Dr.Malavika mam I felt myself sorry for not visiting her clinic little early. Yesterday I underwent minor surgery after that I regained my right eye vision fully. Now I believe I am in the safe hands of Dr.Malavika Mam.

Quality of lens is just horrible. The doctor also prescribed a higher power than required. It’s better to avoid this clinic altogether. The doctor and their receptionist also called and yelled at me continuously to remove this review. I was surprised because the doctor was very sweet when I spoke to her before placing the order. Very unprofessional. Review update - They said the lens will have blue cut, anti glare, anti scratch and so many other things and charged me almost 6k just for the lens but I realised no such thing was made when I got new lens done from GKB which costed me just 4K. The difference in lens quality is huge.
