Doctor is not fully equipped. Being a doctor she does not know how to put a IV cannula. She is saying it's not in my hand. She made my mom's hand swollen after trying multiple times to put the cannula and asked us to go to the nearest hospital and get that cannula on my mom's hand. It was really a horrifying incident for us. And finally we went to the nearest hospital to put that cannula. There the nurse just took 15 seconds to insert the cannula without any pain.

I had taken treatment in Pristyncare and got eye laser treatment in Vijaya Nethralaya, Before the surgery, the experience was quite smooth...the agent who approached me provided detailed information about the treatment, responded to calls immediately, and was extremely helpful in scheduling appointments. His support and assistance made me feel comfortable and confident in proceeding with the treatment. Post-surgery, the experience was completely different. The same level of assistance was missing. Even after reaching out multiple times through calls and messages regarding severe headaches and eye irritation, I received no response. The agent who was once so supportive before the treatment seemed uninterested once the payment was made. Scheduling a follow-up appointment, which should be a priority for patient care, became a challenge. While the overall treatment was satisfactory, the post-treatment support was disappointing. Proper follow-up and patient care after surgery are crucial, and it is disheartening to see that the focus is only on financial transactions rather than genuine patient well-being.

Unsure about doctor but the clinic has no sense of responsibility, when I called for an emergency sayinh I have hurt my eye, I was told that "ye emergency nahi hain". When I said okay, can you help me by pointing to the the next closest hospital the man rudely repeated the same and cut the call.

Dr. is good but Too very much expensive, the rates quoted by her even not there Mumbai Delhi top hospitals .
