They have nice specs and lens collections for affordable price. Mr. Vijay really helped in finding the right glasses for me . He was extremely patient and polite. Showed genuine interest in providing guidance and information benefitting the customer and having best interest for them rather than doing it just for the sake of job. Really liked his service. Highly recommend that place.

Recently bought an expensive (Approx Rs 55k) Zeiss progressive with other advanced features. Even after more than 10 days of use, I am not comfortable wearing and thinking of going back to my old glasses.

3rd class quality. Most expensive of the lot. Got a silver framed glasses for my wife. Down the road, got another from lenskart and occhi. Cost less, service fantastic and excellent quality. The one we got from here broke 2nd week. The frame gave away while on stage performing. The lense fell apart. Took it to the store and they conveniently said someone had pressed it and hence it broke. The issue is with the glass. They didn't get the shape and then grove right. I could easily see when he was struggling to force fit the glass into the frame. We had an issue with something we had bought earlier from lenskart and no questions asked. They replaced it. When I said this, these guys arrogantly said it was ok if I didn't come back to them. My suggestion. 300 mts down the road, you will find 5 more options. Avoid these fellows at all costs. Update: 10 Aug The same frame and same screw detached again after 5 days. Went to the store. The store boy started accusing me of being a "rowdy" and called another person and told one phone I went to hit hiim! He stared abusing me in singular. When I say down on the chair and demanded the owner come, he called him. The owner came and I demanded he show the proof of CCTV camera and then they backed off! They immediately refunded the full money. Arrogant. Horrible.

I have been wearing glasses from 3 yrs last pair made in lenskart not happy with the glasses , friend referred this place got my eyes checked, very happy with the service delivered on time. .
