Myself my wife and our son are the permanent patients of Karthik Netralaya Eye Hospital over the last nearly two decades for any eye related issues or just for routine check ups. It gives us tremendous happiness and satisfaction whenever we visit this place. Behaviors of all the staff are amazing. All the Doctors are very caring and give the best advice for the patients' overall benefits. With all modern technologies and infrastructure available with this hospital, they truly provide high quality treatments in conformity with international standard. We three visited today for routine check ups and were mighty pleased to see that they have increased their quality of services in many fold. Our today's consultations with Senior Eye Sergeant Dr.M.S.Ravindra were extremely satisfactory and awesome in every respect like our previous experiences. I will, without any second thought, recommend to everyone to visit this hospital for any eye related complications/surgery and get fully recovered with amazing treatments and services.

Underwent my LASIK treatment, the procedure is simple and fast. Doctor Deepthi guided very well, and i got appointment for the LASIK operation within 3 days after visit and was guided well. Doctor Tulasi also explained the procedure patiently and I recommend everyone to get it done here, if you are actually looking for one.

I underwent eye surgery at Karthik Nethralaya. It was a painless surgery. I walked out of the hospital on my own without any support. The Doctors and staff are excellent. I will be going through surgery for my right eye on Wednesday for cataract. I suggest all who need surgery to go about it with confidence.

I visited Karthik Netralaya on 4th February 2025 for an eye check-up, and my experience was excellent. The ambiance of the hospital was pleasant, and the entire process—from registration to the check-up—was smooth and efficient. My experience was incredibly positive. The staff were incredibly attentive and compassionate, The doctors were highly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, addressing all my concerns. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calming and supportive. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone needing medical care.

Got cataract procedures done for my mother - both left and right eyes - with the gap of a week. Overall had great experience. Highlight being - top class hygiene environment, supportive staff, well defined process - limiting margin for errors very low. Dr. Ravindra himself attends and highly concerned about patients. Found him quite approachable anytime required post surgery. Only problem I faced was reaching 'surgery' department over the phone - had to make a few calls before anyone answers. Alternatively calling to receptions and via emails worked. Overall, had great experience.

My wife underwent cataract surgery to both eyes last month, she is recovering well. Our sincere thanks to Dr. M S Ravindra for painless surgery, cordiality and politeness. We also thank the ever agile, dedicated, extremely efficient and friendly surgery team. Our sincere thanks to Madam Swetha, Archana and team. In a nutshell we are very happy with the services of the entire staff as well as Doctor's of Karthik Netralaya 👍🤝🙏🙂. But we have our reservations with the Hospital as far as our Cashless Insurance is concerned. Though our TPA has immediately approved 1/3 of the package as initial payment with an advice not to collect the difference from the party/patient, we were asked to pay the difference amount as Caution Deposit, which clearly negates the very purpose of our cashless insurance. When asked, the staff gave evasive and unacceptable reasons for the same, we were highly disappointed. On being contacted our TPA expressed surprise and dismay over the incident and said, I quote "this is against to the very purpose of Cashless Health Insurance Scheme, nowhere we come across such a practice from similar Hospital in the city, how come the party/patient bears Caution Deposit at the last minute in thousands, that too in our initial approval itself we have specifically advised the Hospital not to collect the difference of money, it is unethical. Since we send final approval and transfer the balance amount within one hour of receiving all the requirements from them, how can they hold both the money i. e., insurance amount sent by us and Caution Deposit at a time, even for one hour/day, it is against to the accounting principles, we are surprised, how their Auditors will view this is a mute question". All said and done we request the Hospital Management to look into this important aspect on humanitarian grounds on an urgent basis and help the party/patient.
