I have a very good experience in Lenskart in jakkur branch. Mukhtar attended us and he was so polite and explained all the details of the Lenses which we have purchased. Recommend to visit jakkur branch.

I purchased spectacles from Lenskart, and unfortunately, the frame broke within a few months. When I visited the store to explore alternative frame options for the same lenses, I was told I could only buy the same frame again, as they don't offer customization of lenses for different frames. Since the current frame is already broken and I lack confidence in its quality, I wanted to switch to a different frame, but Lenskart didn't offer a solution. Instead, I was told I would need to buy new lenses if I wanted to change the frame. I believe Lenskart should address this issue and offer better options for customers. I’m very disappointed with my experience. Added on 31/12/2024 I initially thought Lenskart would address my concern after I received a quick response to my review, asking me to contact them via the email they provided. However, they never responded to my email. This makes me feel that their responses are merely fake attempts to create a good impression for new customers who check reviews before visiting the store. I found their approach completely misleading and disappointing.

All the staff are very polite and have a humble reach out to customer needs and wants .. they are with full patience i visited the shop at almost closing time but still they waited until i finish shipping. Over all a good experience

They are polite when it comes to the purchase but everything apart from that is a 0 They delay deliveries even a product has been received by them They dont pick up when we call Neither will this outlet inform you on when you can take your delivery unless you go to the store and ask them They don’t sync up with the Lenskart app either Worst Lenskart outlet I’ve ever been to Would no go there

Had good experience visiting this store, especially staff are supportive and Quick. Purchased one sunglasses and one Normal powered glasses for self.
