Lenskart.com at RMZ Galleria Mall

I've been a regular customer here. However, the lenses given against my order last month, was incorrect and not matching my eye power. I was seeing double/ shadow of all the alphabets while reading. Waited for a month to get used to the glasses, but to no avail. Complained at the store who just brushed aside my complaint. No refund, no replacement, even no apology.

Everyone was very patient with me while I look a lot of time selecting. They got me the best deal. Very polite and helpful staff. Was a great experience and the overall cost was cheap but the quality was great.

Great collection as usual. Mr.Jona Naik was very helpful and offered good service. Will visit once again.. Cheers
