They don't even deserve this. They are not willing to deliver the products on the promised date. If we ask for cancellation they are not ready to give the money I have paid. They are the worst and worst. When we are asking for order cancellation they will simply leave the work place and keep chitchatting outside of the store. They are the most irresponsible representatives. And they won't even answer the calls if you call the store number.

Overall experience was good and the service was also good from the staffs. But the store should expand somewhat more in the same place for more better experience.

I had a terrible experience at the Lenskart store in Kodigehalli near Relience smart on 12/01/2025 at around 9:20 pm. We entered the store and waited for someone to attend to us, but no one bothered to assist us. After 10 minutes of waiting, they switched off the lights and the sales rep, with no urgency or professionalism, blandly said, "Closed," It was clear that they were completely uninterested in making a sale or even providing basic customer service. I honestly feel bad for whoever has taken the franchise at this location. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any Lenskart store.

Its a great service . I really appreciate . My kids sigh reading was not done by doctor properly. . Lenskart helped us in exchaging with out any extra cost . Thank you !

Overall good experience. Bhargavi helped us verywell. She tested my mom's eyes and suggested appropriate power. Frame and lens are also good.
