I have visited this store twice, and Praveena have helped with excellent expertise in eye tests. They have extensive 15-step tests for overall testing and this helps in determining the best power and eyeweare. They have age specific model of frames and in store assistance in selecting best frame is worth mentioning. Reshma helped us go through the range of available options from which we could select as per our needs. Thanks to them again.

You guys are not honest, when I placed a order I had made sure I need the product on 23rd or else no need, your sales person promised and I got your confirmation through WhatsApp too. But instead of calling me and updating me just sent a message telling later that the delivery will be on 25 or 26th, why is this cheating, my son was travelling on 24th morning back to USA, today i picked the product from your shop and put it in the dustbin 🗑, what will I do with your product, my son already left the country, Very bad service and I will tell all my friends not to buy products from your outlet... you guys are cheaters..

Visited today very good store and friendly staffs. Got my eye tested properly and very neatly done and its free. Placed my order in the store itself very reasonable price. I recommend everyone who needs eye test and good quality specs in reasonable price 👌👍

Very kind and helpful staff, especially Aishwarya who helped me pick out my choice of frames and got them delivery early at my request. Good collection of frames and great service overall.

I am using glasses in different cities including Dehradun. But here I found the prices are extremely rational and the attitude of staff are very cordial. Even small jobs they take care. Will come back soon again

Very bad experience with Lenskart Sahakara Nagar when it’s come customer service it’s pathetic I regret going there, specsmaker way too far good in term of service delivery Even after receiving m order from warehouse to store ,they dint even bothered call me to pick up m order After seeing m message I went to store without checking the staff said it’s delivered That to very rude Please improve on customer service Please provide 1 Carry bag worth Rs 10 where I’m spending Rs 4500/-
