Purchased progressive lens and had issues with far vision. Approached the store, they said they will take approval for lens replacement. Further no response. The history is not known to people and every time new person we have to explain from beginning. If there are no issues well and good and in case of any service or replacement it will be a bad experience. Multiple times we have to visit the shop and need to explain it to multiple people about the same issue. Not a good experience...! I have taken the membership but very less chance of visiting again and will be a waste only. The Spec is uncomfortable and after spending money on that I am using my old spec only which is purchased from a different place.
