The Customer Service is very appreciated. They assist in all our requirements. They do have all the products including contact lenses, spectacles and a wide range of sunglasses. However the ordering process is done here through a tab where in you can similarly get it done online on the website or app as well yourself. It's just that here you can check for the sample frames that's the only benefit of visiting showroom and also an eye test being done.

I purchased 2 sets. One set hardly used 2 times and one of the arm got separated just fall down from very short length(100 cm). It's clearly seems a glue issue ( photo attached). When I take it to lenskart in yelahanka new town, The Lenskart agent said they can't do anything and asked me to pay 50% amount to get it replaced with new one. Very bad service👎. Disappointed a lot. Service agents having Zero knowledge and not ready to fix the small issues. Always looking to motivate to purchase new set or replace it. Completely money minded business.
