I have taken classes from meenakshi ma'am.The experience was great and took one to one session and gave enough time on me for practicing all the exercises. The session was far more interactive and fun than being just a class. After 10 days of practice i find clearer view all over and my vision is better than before and i hope it will be better in coming days!!

I had taken sessions from Meenakshi ma'am. The positivity I fetched from Ma'am was unmatched. She guided with her sessions in very different way also I'm hoping to get better & good results with her teachings & methodologies of curing the eyes in more fundamental & rooted ways of acupressure & dietary treatments. My daughter Nithyaa joined the 5 day course for eye sight correction and later continued monthly classes with Meenakshi Ma’am. She had both cylindrical and spherical power. We noticed remarkable changes in my daughter’s eye sight every month and after three months of regular classes she could remove her spectacles. Doctor said that her eyes are perfect and there is no power - cylindrical and spherical. We did Regular classes Basic Exercises, updated advance Exercises including chakshu Tarpanam online under the guidance of Ma’am. Technically, the eye power is reduced and we all are happy. My daughter loves dance and now she can dance freely without glasses. At one point, my daughter wanted stop attending the classes but Ma’am kept on motivating her to continue classes. With proper guidance from Meenkashi mam, we took basic techniques, After 2 months of practice, we went for Advanced techniques where we are taught about advanced methods like Massages for Eyes, Legs, Spine etc. and ayurvedic techniques like Chakshu Tarpanam to strengthen eye muscles and nerves . These techniques are helping my daughter in a great way by relaxing her eye muscles , we can see improvements with regular practice. It is easy to understand and follow as Meenakshi mam takes us through step by step method of doing it, also she corrects the postures wherever required. The great advantage is we can learn these techniques for lifetime and practice regularly at the comfort of being at home and avoid travel. We expect to see more improvements in coming months with regular practice, Thank you for all support and guidance Update on Progress of Kid based on recent visit: We visited the doctor this week for regular review and follow up, we see positive improvements in kid, her squint is almost gone, lazy eye symptoms have reduced, previously she reads 6/18, now 6/15 she is able to read With regard to power, it is stable and not increased from last visit Allopathy Doctors were happy about the progress kid has made and asked us to continue with home based therapies. This is an unique experience that takes back to our cultural roots and science of natural healing/exercise/accupressure methods. The workshop was fruitful and if practised regularly should definetely yield results. No brainer as it hits the right working spots. Truly appreciate Meenakshi mam's effort for correcting my sons Eye Power. Initially I contacted madam and she agreed to teach eye exercises to correct vision. Very next day I got confirmation from school of perfect eyesight in pondicherry. I thought to try first school of perfect eye sight being very popular. We went and I found that due to heavy crowed, they have reduced the exercises and also they do not talk or tell why are we do any particular exercises and what benifit will get. My expenditure also to stay there and going coming went to 40000/-. However they teach free of cost but stay cost in the city travelling cost etc will shoot up like anything. I was not that satisfied and again I requested meenakshi mam to take online session and teach us further. She is being so polite, became ready with smile. She taught various additional practices to add in addition to what we learnt in pondicherry that too in very minimal cost. First day itself my son told me that his eyes are very very relaxed and he sees brighter. Mam will help for cure and we get WhatsApp support after the course get over... I strongly recommend if you get her number please try to do course with her... it's one to one session and explainatory... We can avoide Pondicherry travelling and high expenses if we get class at our home we should choose it. she will teach and will explain each and every thing. Please do not waste money to run there and stay in hotels etc. Better to go with mam online at your own place. My son has shown big improvement after the entry of meenakshi mam.

I have taken 5 days online training for eye care exercises to improve my 6 year old daughter's cylindrical and spherical power correction to Meenakshi mam. Her approach and exercises given was very effective to my child and talking with her and attending her classes gave me a great positivity . After few months will update you with positive results mam. My daughter who is an eight year old was identified with the condition called Lazy eye. Her vision on her right eye was very poor. We started classes with Mrs Meenakshi in December for a week. We started seeing difference from day 3 during the first week course. Later on we enrolled for regular classes which were two days in a week for a month. Mrs Meenakshi helped us with more exercise which tremendously improved our daughter's eyesight. We are continuing the exercise with her support. We live in New Zealand and Mrs Meenakshi was very flexible with the timing and always available. I would definitely recommend her.
