Dr Rinku is very good Doctor specifically for elderly people as she is very caring, compassionate, listen to and giving time to each patient. I did Cataract operation for both my Mother and Mother in law under her expert supervision and advice. Which were a good success given that they were over 70 yrs. She was available to revert back any queries immediately very supportive. I strongly recommend her for any eye related issues or care. Thanks a lot for your care for last 2 years. Prepare to get a Glaucoma check prescribed by the doctor for 3k. Response to your reply: I respectfully agree to your points Dr. Rinku. I understand the importance of regular checkups. But the exact words you used after just checking my eyes were “I don’t want you to panic”, “There is a situation we need to discuss”, “We need to start treatment immediately”, “Let’s talk after you get the glaucoma test done”. After the test was done, you said the results were normal and I don’t need any treatment. Moreover, your team said the axis on my old specs are now changed and I need a new specs. Thankfully I got a second opinion on that and got to know that the power&axis on my old specs exactly match with what power I have now. I totally agree with you on your prescription for my dry eyes. But other than that, in my opinion, you could have simply advised me to continue wearing my glasses rather than panicking me with something unnecessary. I’m not encouraging others to refrain visiting you. I’m just expressing my concern that my hard earned money has gone for something unnecessary. Thanks.
