Visited Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, Indiranagar, Bangalore for my cataract surgery. The hospital is located in the prime area of 100 ft road in Indiranagar. Hospital is well maintained and very much clean. Got very systemic approach while dealing with the patients. Very helpful reception counter. Dr. Sankhet Bhatnagar was my treating doctor. Dr. Bhatnagar performed cataract surgery efficiently. The surgery was completely painless. There was every clarity in the prescription they prescribed for post operative medicines. No issues encountered in the post operative period of surgery. Had my final check-up over there. Got Eye lenses prescription. Got clear vision after surgery. Entire procedure was very smooth. Got very good behavior from hospital staff . Thankful to Team Narayana Netralaya Eye hospital. Will ever remember their honest and cordial services.

As i have high myopia since childhood, This was my first visit NN, and the entire experience was smooth and well-managed. Dr. Collin was extremely patient and composed. He took the time to explain my condition in detail. His calm and professional demeanor made the consultation a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, cooperative, and efficient throughout the process. The entire consultation, including tests and waiting time, took about 2.5 hours. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care and service provided. I would definitely recommend this center for anyone seeking quality eye care.

Dr MuthuMeena is a good doctor. She gave her good advice and treatment to my son. And she is nicely talked with us. So we are happy with her.

Narayana Indiranagar branch is used to be good prior. Now a days they are not on time. We have reached hospital at 8 am and even after 12 noon we are still waiting for the counsellor. For getting tests done we need wait for an hour and more. For counselling we need to wait for an hour and more and for doctor we need to wait for an hour or so. They test our patience by keeping us waiting for long hours. We just came back without any counselling since the patient is 70 plus years. There is no priority for senior citizens. We reached out to the other best hospital.
