This was my first time visit and they made me feel comfortable rite from registration counter to the Dr's consultation. The place is very hygeine and well maintained. Dr. Surbhi was very polite is answering to all my doubts, neatly and slowly assessed. Worth the money!. Spl shout out to Ms. Supriya Antic who was very patient enough rite from collecting my file, putting the eye drops and giving me instructions. She made me feel not like a patient but more like a friend the way she spoke and engaged me. Kudos to tem Nethradhama!

We consulted Dr Sujatha for my 5 year old daughter. She is a very friendly doctor with almost 30 years experience.. she calmly explained the condition.. she gives only positive vibes. Over all a very good experience.

Dr Bhavna did my mother's eye surgery cornea transplant surgery which went successful and was very nice in explaining all the details regarding pre and post operations. Thank you to hospital for great service

Horrible experience. Full of inexperience staffs. No experience doctors available. Doctors are so inexperience and incompetent that they talk in only IFs and BUTs. They will not give any conclusive detection. After treatment which was not satisfactory they gave wrong power. The sergeant who is actually the owner/founder's daughter doesn't check up the patients, only comes during operation ( read money). Means doesn't take any responsibility. Not recommended for treatment

I have been in touch with Ms. Ashwini, at the front office, Indiranagar Centre to get an apptmt. post the pre-test with Dr.Sri Ganesh. It has been a major ordeal. Even till date, it has been getting pushed forward due to poorly organised front desk/call centre. It was scheduled for today, the 17th, but am taken aback to learn that there had been no slot scheduled in my name. Based on the recommendations of a few family friends, to get examined by the above mentioned Doctor, dropped the engagements with another Super Speciality Hospital in the vicinity. This discussion with the Front Office lady has been on for over three weeks and nothing fruitful has happened. Probably, they are in dire need of Training in comprehending customer's requirement This is utterly disappointing and seems to lack a sense of direction and Customer focus/care, Customer Centricity seems to be very far fetched. Would not like to patronise such an unprofessionally organised setup, which does not seem to value, the time and energy of a Sr. Citizen.

Clean and tidy. Almost no rush or waiting time. It is empanelled on CGHS and visitation and general tests are covered at Rs 300. Everything was quick. Sankar Nethraalaya takes 3 hours plus. I am giving 4 stars because they did not give me any reports other than the eye power.
