I had been experiencing severe eye strain for a few weeks, staring at the screen every day for more than 12-16 hours. While searching for a reliable eye clinic, I discovered this hospital on Google. When I visited on a weekday morning, I expected long waits and noise, but surprisingly, there were not many patients. They charged only Rs 600 for all tests, including the doctor's consultation fee. Before meeting the doctor, I underwent three to four tests, with the main one being retina dilation, which was repeated three times and took about 40 minutes. Dr. Sabitha Arun, who was very kind, experienced, and professional, treated me. During a careful examination of my left eye, she found a small concretion in the upper eyelid causing constant tiredness and scratches. She removed it within seconds, prescribed some eye drops, and suggested a follow-up visit. All these procedures cost me only Rs 600, which was quite surprising as I expected more. After the consultation, I struggled to book an Uber because I couldn’t read my mobile screen. Thankfully, a kind staff member helped me. On the way home, I had difficulty due to sunlight, so I recommend carrying sunglasses. A week later, I returned for a follow-up checkup, which was free of cost. Again, visiting in the morning meant there were no other patients, so my turn came quickly. Dr. Sabitha Arun confirmed everything was fine. After removing the concretion, my eye strain was gone, and my vision clarity improved. I didn’t need any glasses. My overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place. There’s a small eatery in the reception area where you can get coffee and snacks. Some staff may not be fluent in English, but it’s manageable. Thank you.

I had a very positive experience with nethradhama and throughout the entire process of consultation and cataract surgery for both of my eyes. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Met Dr. Srigowri, had my consultation for my eye infection. Attended me very well and gave a solution for the route cause for it. Since this was my first visit with my one year old baby, I had taken FAST TRACK Service finished over all consultations, and I was out within 30 min. Over all staffs were very welcoming. I got a chance to use the private lounge with coffee.
