Misleading Offers, Unethical Pricing, and Unprofessional Behavior at Pearl Optician – Stay Away !! I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Pearl Optician for what I consider highly unethical, misleading, and unprofessional practices. If there was an option to rate -ve, I would have opted for that. I have been using his services for over a decade and never paid any heed to what he is charging, believing & trusting his ethics. But sad, I was proven wrong with the recent episode. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service, conduct, and product standards at your store. My recent experience was not only disappointing but also concerning from both a customer service and ethical standpoint. The frames sold at Pearl are priced through the roof, and yet, when quality issues arise, there is no accountability whatsoever. Instead of addressing the problem, the owner – Piyush, deflects with unacceptable explanations such as, “You don’t know how to handle it” or “You must have dropped it on purpose.” Not only is this response dismissive, it is insulting to the customer’s intelligence and integrity. It is unreasonable for a customer to be held accountable for poor product quality, especially after paying a premium. I expected a far more respectful and solution-oriented approach, rather than dismissive and erratic behavior. I am not referring to any ordinary spend but I have been opting for frames like Balmain, Montblanc etc. Furthermore, the so-called “50% off on the second pair of lenses” offer is nothing short of a scam. The price of the first pair is blatantly inflated by well over 100% so that even with the so-called discount, I ended up paying a staggering and unjustifiable amount for two pairs. This kind of pricing trickery is misleading, dishonest, and deeply disappointing coming from an optician that claims to be reputable. In addition to this, the overall behavior of the staff and the owner himself has been rude, erratic, and far from professional. Basic customer service principles—courtesy, empathy, and solution-oriented communication—are sorely lacking. I don’t know, how many others have suffered but I have decided to move out as there are several other options in Bangalore, offering higher level of customer service, better pricing.

I recently visited Pearl Optics and bought Montblanc shades and a Gucci frame. The owner was incredibly helpful, and the staff maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout. Their collection is one of the best I’ve seen in Bangalore, with a wide range of high-end brands and trendy options. The exceptional service and extensive selection make Pearl Optics my top choice for eyewear. Highly recommended! P.S. Please note that they do not allow you to click pictures inside the showroom.

I took risk to get my spectacles repaired, it's was in a stage that I lost hope that one side temple was almost om broken stage and It's worth taking risk with Pearl Optics... I am fully satisfied with the service I received.. Thank you
