Had a very horrible experience today. Went for an emergency check up but the waiting time was endless. When we requested them to take a look to assess the seriousness, the doctor spoke very rudely, raised her voice and threw the pen down in anger and asked us to leave. Quite shocking to see this kind of anger from a doctor. Will not come back and will not recommend.

Most terrible experience. Went with an emergency, the young doctor lady was extremely rude, throwing her pen down with anger when requested to check the emergency, have never been spoken to like this before. She then didn't bother to check and told us to leave without even checking the patient. Absolute ly horrified with the experience

I have had a positive experience at Rangalakshmi Nethralaya. Dr. Venkatasubramaniam took care of my vision related issues and also treated my cataract problem. He is a very good Doctor and a knowledgeable person. The entire staff of this clinic are very professional and friendly in nature. This place is very well organised and every patient is handled well. A lot of appreciation for the staff for their conduct. I would recommend everyone to get treated for their eye issues here.

I had earlier cataract operation of both eyes ,one in 2015 ,the other in 2019 and three days back my wife got her cataract operation by the same doctor ie Dr Venkatasubramaniam. The doctor and the team are so much polite, caring and efficient that no words of appreciation is enough. Especially the doctor is very soft spoken , witty, confident .extremely good with his hands, explains clearly the diagnosis. He is undoubtedly the best here in and around Yelahanka. Above all charges are very reasonable.

I got myself checked recently at Rangalaxmi nethralaya . Dr. Sandhya did thorough examination and prescribed spectacles. I took new Nova AI glasses. They are fantastic. Gave me crystal clear vision. Very happy with doctor as well as receptionist Ananthu. Service is superb. Thank you .
