My brother got cataract surgery done with Dr shankara Naik. We are very happy he got is childhood vision back. Very supporting Dr and staff I felt very homely care.

The receptionist showed a lack of professionalism by ignoring calls repeatedly. When I finally connected via WhatsApp, she denied receiving any calls and disconnected. She continued to ignore my calls after that. If this is how they treat a prospective patient before consultation, I can only imagine how poorly they might treat actual patients receiving care. On Monday, when I visited the hospital, the glass door was under repair, so entry was restricted. I called from outside to schedule a consultation with Dr. Shankar Naik, and the receptionist informed me he would be available on Wednesday at 5 pm. I arranged my day accordingly, but when I called around 4 pm on Wednesday to confirm, she ignored my calls for 20 minutes. After multiple attempts, she finally answered via WhatsApp, claiming she hadn’t received any calls, as she was “driving.” She confirmed Dr. Shankar’s availability at 5 pm. Just as I was about to leave, she called back to say Dr. Shankar wouldn’t be available due to a surgery. Did they not know about the surgery in advance? This experience showed a total lack of respect for patients' time and concerns. Don’t be swayed by paid reviews—entrusting your eyes to this disorganized, money-driven facility could be a mistake.

We were here for my mother's catrat surgery..very well done...well experienced doctor..and Ms Monica was very attentive and helpful..she explained each and everything very clearly.very satisfied with their service.

Usually in bigger hospitals when we go doctors barely speak to us, many times we wont even know what has happened and how to go about treatment. But here the doctors (dr Shankar naik) takes extra effort to educate us about the condition and how to prevent or manage through treatment. Thank you sir for your helpful service
