If you want to have worst patient experience you must visit this Doctor. Keep aside staff, even doctor does not have courtesy to talk to patient with respect and dignity and shows arrogance all the way. He is totally commercially-oriented and insists that you should buy specs (of course unbranded and high margin stuff) from him. He feels all patients are at his mercy and he can dictate terms at his own whims and fancies without being fair in treating people. Would not recommend this doctor and you should avoid at all cost. P.S. - replying to below reply provided by clinic: Response provided by clinic cannot be farther than reality. First day I reached clinic at 8:10pm as I was only supposed to collect power numbers and examination part was dine 2 days back + entire amount paid. When doctor advised to come next day before 8 pm, I humbly accepted and reached clinic next day at ~7:30pm and reported to attending staff who unformed that it will take only 15-20 minutes more… I waited for 1 hour and in between doctor also attended patients who came after me. When my turn came at 8:25pm, he simply refused to attend and allowed other 2 patients who came after me without any proper justification. Further, he raised his voice and exhibited arrogance not suited for his profession and age which was shocking. There is surely something wrong here.. check other reviews and you will see a pattern. With this I rest my case and leave verdict to patients to evaluate and post their experiences here. Hope this helps to get the right perspective.

I would like to give 5 0ut 5. Reason only below 5 reasons. 1)Dr somashekar way of communication with the clint in a such a polite even telugu language. 2) My wife went for 2nd appointment along with my mother one day delay become other personal reasons he told about importance and treating like family members. 3) I feel 100 present not money minded hospital. Reson went other hospitals for my father treatment. 4) Waiting Time 5) Staff♡. Thank you Narendra reddy.

3 consultations, prescribed wrong power every single time , each different from the last one I had to take 2nd & 3rd opinion. Had to change lenses 2 times, wasted a good amount of money due to this doctor’s mistake & let’s not forget the whole month of discomfort & inconveniences Very disappointed the experience mistakes can happen once , more than that doesn’t qualify to be called professional

One of the best doctors in Vidyaranyapura, Visited here as I was facing eye redness due to extended device usage the doctor recommended eye drops which were effective. Thanks doc

Hi Guys, I'd been consulted Dr. Somashekhar for Eye infection. I have no words to say about the doctor He has so much of Patience to answer my queries and addressed it very pretty way. I have never seen a kind of doctor who has no greediness throughout my consultation. I'd been there for every week for 6 weeks but same manner and behavior how he treated and respected me. It's really awesome and I strongly recommend him for any eye related concerns or issues, Pls consult him and get best treatment. You'll be definitely happy for his medication and treatment. If there was an option of giving no stars - I would give no star. This is my 3rd review and all negative reviews are being deleted. My father in law was advised to get cataract removed. On taking second opinion, we were told that there is no cataract at all. Yet another money swindling scheme. Not sure how many such people have been victimised. Shame to such a noble profession.

Pls don’t visit if you don’t want to waste your time and money. The appointment was given to come at 10:30, we entered sharp on time, we were told doctor is late by 15 mins, we did wait till 10:45, we checked with the staff and she said 5 more mins, again at 10:50 we checked to see if there is any further delay, she kept on saying another 5 mins, we were loosing our patience as we had left our 2 year baby at home and had to rush back home, doctor came around 11:15. If there is delay then the same should have been conveyed before hand as the appointment was taken earlier. The worst part is he did not even have the courtesy to apologise for making us wait for an hour. Unethical place and unethical behaviour, not suitable for people who value time. There are better doctors out there who can provide 1000 times better service for the same cost.

Such pathetic clinic, amount of time you guys write on replying and blaming patients shows how unprofessional attitude you have. Instead of apologizing for being late on public platform also putting lame excuses. Bunch of cheaters sitting only to cheat innocent patients, shame on you for making wait those many elders who doesn't know to respond and minting money out of it. I have never seen such moneyminded false story writing clinics. Have some shame while replying me, without even giving a prescription for the 800 RS I paid for 10 minutes of your examination and making us wait for that many hours!!! They don't value patients time only and give you an appointment but will keep you waiting. If you question, they say family emergency etc.as reason. Smartly the collected full payment on thep first day of my eye test and then made me wait for 1 hour and asked to come following day. When I reached as per the appointment time, again hd to wait for a long time. Negative reviews of more than 30+ out of 111 shows how business minded you are.
