She patiently went through all my medical documents, taking the time to read and understand each one carefully. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor really stood out. She conducted the eye power test with great care, confirmed the results, and even rechecked them to ensure accuracy. Her level of understanding and patience was truly commendable.

Unprofessional staff who do not care about patient name, gender and such information. In their record my gender was changed and my name was spelt wrong. It took more than a week to correct it Only bright spot, the doctor who examined my eyes is very good and thorough in his work I only wish his level of commitment is shown by all staff
