We need to go to this place only to get our eyes tested as the doctors are good. Please get your eyeglasses from some other place outside. The staff at Suman opticals in this hospital initially said that the glasses will be ready in a day, then they took 3 days for delivery. Even after this delay, the eyeglasses were not properly fixed. The glasses are a bit outside of the frame (not perfectly fitted in the frame) on both sides which causes smudging...and this might not be safe as well. The security guard is always grumbling about the way we have parked our vehicle, however properly we might have parked it. Just go there for the doctors !!

I did my mom's eye surgery here. Thank you to all the staff for taking us with patience and with a smile 🙂. They became like family and did followup every time and they didn't make us wait and the processor was too good. Thank you one and all. I do suggest that you want to do an eye test and surgery please. Best hospital for middle class people.

It was great experience with cataract treatment for my MIL here. My MIL got cataract operated for both the eyes recently by Dr. Lakshmi Dorrenavar. She is doing fine and getting better vision now. He is so happy with the operation, doctor. Devika counselled and guided us to choose the right lens and was so humble to answer all our queries and procedures was made simple. Overall happy with this treatment.

Today, I went to the hospital concerning an issue with my right eye. However, during the consultation, the doctor seemed rushed and didn't inquire about the problem or its cause. Despite my attempts to explain, it felt like he wasn't interested in listening and drew his own conclusions. As a patient, it's crucial for the doctor to address concerns and listen attentively. Although a small foreign body was discovered on my retina, the doctor hurriedly wanted to remove it, without informing me properly on what he is going to do. This attitude is not really acceptable and the approach is really questionable

For eye checkup it is fine. But do not use the in-house store for eyeglasses or frame. It's not good, and it's very expensive. Especially, do not use it if you have near sightedness issues. I got a spec for a family member of mine, it is so useless and problematic to use it. He is able to use mobile phone, but not able to work on laptop wearing the glasses. Of course, there is slight distance difference for anyone while they're using phone vs laptop. But the way the lens is made, everything is blurred other than the phone if you're wearing it. You can't keep wearing and remove it every 5 seconds. I don't think being North Indian we can ask for refund here. If it was in our home state, we would have made them return the complete 6.6K. But thought we can definitely drop a word of caution for anyone visiting the eye hospital about the problem. Wrong eye glasses can further harm your vision, and eye alignment. Don't trust me, or any random doctor. Research, verify from experts, and cross-verify.

Wow...the hospital is having very calm persons... From security to doctor... They are very nice person's....they treated me very well...consultation fee is just 300 rs....medicines we have to take from outside... Totally...the hospital very good...definitely i will suggest this hospital to my frds ... Thank you shraddha hospital....
