I am very happy with the service provided Sunetra eye hospital. From the moment i stepped in, every staff member from the security to the counselor each staffs took Care of me and i under went cataract surgery. I sm very happy with my post surgery care and thanks to Dr. Arun and his team for the excellent care and concern.

In the opticals they have good collections and they explained clearly about the lenses. They have AI based frame selection software. According to our face shapes AI will suggest best suitable frames. Thanks to the hospital staffs and optical staffs for very good services.

The staff were very cooperative and understanding, making concessions when necessary. They effectively communicated and handled the situation with empathy, providing a positive experience. Overall, their professionalism and kindness truly stood out, earning them a well-deserved five-star rating!
